Whatsapp will not work on these phones since the new year

If you are one of those people whose work does not work without Whatsapp, then this news is for you. Some phones will not have WhatsApp from January 2018.
To find out if your phone is included or not, check your phone's operating system.
In the new year, WhatsApp will stop supporting some older platforms
According to the company's website, phones running on Blackberry OS 10 and Windows 8 are in this list.
The website assumes that these phones are part of their history, but now they have not been able to support upcoming features.

Whatsapp already does not work on 2.3.3 pre-Android, Windows 7, iOS 3GS, iOS 6 and Nokia Symbian S60.
Apart from this, WhatsApp has been discontinued on Nokia S40 and Android 2.3.7.
What is OffWhatApope means that you can send and receive messages at the moment but some features will be taken from you forever. For instance, you will not be able to create a new account and if you had to download the app again on the phone running on any of these OSs, you will not be able to confirm the existing account again.
